TheraPro™ PEMF, Infrared & Red Light Therapy Recovery Pad – Regular (S

PEMF Therapy Device for Pain Relief, Recovery, Circulation, and Cellular Energy

The TheraPro PEMF Therapy Pad is designed to support recovery, pain relief, circulation, and cellular energy using a combination of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), infrared heat, and red light therapy.

PEMF therapy works by delivering low-frequency electromagnetic pulses that interact with the body’s natural electrical systems, helping support circulation, cellular communication, and energy production.

The TheraPro integrates multiple healing technologies into one portable recovery system, helping support pain relief, muscle relaxation, inflammation reduction, and improved recovery as part of a modern wellness routine.

Modern lifestyles often expose the body to stress, inflammation, poor circulation, and reduced cellular energy production.

PEMF therapy is widely used to support:

Pain relief
Improved circulation and oxygen delivery
Muscle recovery and relaxation
Inflammation reduction
Improved cellular communication
Increased mitochondrial energy production
Nervous system balance
Joint comfort and mobility

These benefits make PEMF therapy popular among athletes, wellness practitioners, and individuals seeking non-invasive recovery support.

The TheraPro system was designed to combine multiple recovery technologies into a single therapy device.

PEMF Therapy: Pulsed electromagnetic fields help stimulate cellular communication and circulation while supporting the body’s natural recovery processes.
Infrared Heat Therapy: Infrared heat penetrates deep into tissues to support circulation, relaxation, and muscle recovery.
Red Light Therapy: Red and near-infrared light wavelengths help support mitochondrial energy production and tissue repair.
Grounding Technology: Designed to support natural electrical balance by reconnecting the body with earth frequencies.
Gemstone Technology: Natural Rose Quartz to support emotional healing and a calming energy, Natural Jade Stones to promote relaxation and restore energetic balance, Natural Amethyst Crystals to enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and elevate spiritual connection, Natural Shungite to absorb and neutralize harmful electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs), Natural Tourmaline Stones for maximum heat transfer and negative Ion release.

Q: What is the TheraPro recovery pad?

A: The TheraPro is a multi-modality recovery pad that combines infrared heat, red and near-infrared light, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy), grounding, and gemstone therapy to support circulation, relaxation, and recovery.

Q: How does the TheraPro work?

A: The TheraPro uses a combination of heat, light, and electromagnetic stimulation to support the body. Infrared heat warms the body, red and near-infrared light support cellular activity, and PEMF helps stimulate natural processes related to recovery and circulation.

Q: What are the benefits of using the TheraPro?

A: The TheraPro is designed to improve circulation, promote relaxation and recovery, support muscle and joint comfort, help reduce tension and stiffness, and support overall wellness through multi-modality therapy.

Q: Does the TheraPro help with pain relief?

A: The TheraPro may help reduce muscle and joint discomfort by improving circulation and relaxing the body. Many users report relief from tension and soreness after consistent use.

Q: What is PEMF and how does it help?

A: PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy) delivers low-frequency electromagnetic waves that interact with the body. It is commonly used to support circulation, relaxation, and the body’s natural recovery processes.

Q: Is PEMF therapy safe?

A: PEMF therapy is non-invasive and has been studied for decades as a wellness and recovery technology.

Q: How often should I use the TheraPro?

A: Most users use the TheraPro 3–5 times per week or daily, depending on their goals. Consistent use is recommended for the best results.

Q: How long should a session be?

A: Typical sessions last between 20 and 40 minutes. Beginners may start with shorter sessions and increase duration over time based on comfort.

Q: Is the TheraPro safe to use daily?

A: For most healthy individuals, the TheraPro can be used daily. It is important to follow recommended session times and consult a healthcare professional if you have any underlying conditions.

Q: Can I use the TheraPro for recovery after exercise?

A: Yes, the TheraPro is commonly used after exercise to support recovery. It helps improve circulation and relax muscles, which may support faster recovery and reduced soreness.

Q: What makes the TheraPro different from other recovery pads?

A: The TheraPro combines multiple therapies in one device, including infrared heat, red and near-infrared light, PEMF, grounding, and gemstone therapy. Many recovery pads use only one or two of these modalities.

Q: Does it help with circulation?

A: Yes, the combination of infrared heat and PEMF may help improve circulation by increasing blood flow and supporting oxygen and nutrient delivery throughout the body.

Q: Is it suitable for beginners?

A: Yes, the TheraPro is suitable for beginners. Users can start with lower settings and shorter sessions, then gradually increase intensity and duration.

Q: Can I use it on different parts of the body?

A: Yes, the TheraPro is designed to be flexible and can be used on areas such as the back, shoulders, legs, and joints.

Q: Does it use red and near-infrared light?

A: Yes, the TheraPro uses both red and near-infrared light, which are commonly used to support cellular activity, circulation, and recovery.

Q: What conditions or goals is it commonly used for?

A: The TheraPro is commonly used to support muscle recovery, reduce tension, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and support overall wellness routines.

Q: If the square wave delivers most of the benefits, why include the sine wave? Isn’t it weaker and mainly for relaxation?

A: The TheraPro Pad is designed for everyday use and a wide range of applications. We include both waveforms so users can choose the treatment that fits their needs.

Sine Wave

Shape: Smooth, natural curve, similar to the Earth’s Schumann resonance
Characteristics: Gentle and soothing
Best For: Stress relief, sleep support, and nervous system balance
Benefit: The smooth waveform aligns closely with the body’s natural frequencies

Square Wave

Shape: Sharp, angular peaks and valleys
Characteristics: Stronger and more stimulating
Best For: Acute pain, injury recovery, inflammation, and cellular reboot
Benefit: The rapid rise and fall provide a concentrated burst of energy—shown in some studies (e.g., NASA, Pulse PEMF) to enhance cellular response

Q: If you recommend PBM for no more than 30 minutes, why is it set for two hours? Shouldn’t the PEMF run longer instead?

A: Each PEMF setting runs on a 30-minute preprogrammed cycle, but you can restart it anytime. Our PBM (PhotoBioModulation aka Red Light Therapy) timer defaults to two hours because the pad is primarily used on the torso and legs, areas that can safely receive longer exposure. The 30-minute guideline mainly applies to the head and face. You can turn the red lights off at any time if you prefer shorter sessions.

Q: The timer goes up to 12 hours and defaults to 8, what does this control?

A: That timer controls the infrared heat only. It allows users to enjoy gentle warmth throughout the night if desired. The PBM and PEMF functions are operated independently from this timer.

Q: Since PEMF and PBM seem so similar, what’s the benefit of using them together?

A: While PEMF and PBM share some effects, they work through different but complementary mechanisms. PBM increases cellular energy (ATP) production, while PEMF improves cellular communication, circulation, and oxygenation. Used together, they enhance one another, creating a more comprehensive therapeutic effect.

Q: If the Therasage Healing Pad already includes near-infrared light, which offers similar effects to red light, how does it differ from the TheraPro PEMF Pad?

A: Red and near-infrared (NIR) light operate at different wavelengths and penetrate to different depths. Red light targets surface-level concerns such as skin tone and healing, while NIR penetrates deeper tissues to support muscles and joints. The TheraPro Pad’s full-spectrum infrared heat can be used with or without the visible red light, allowing fully customizable therapy.
